Trevor Lee
As President, Trevor leads the Development Council for Buffalo County’s Board of Directors and staff. He works to highlight Buffalo County as an ideal place for businesses to grow and expand, guides important projects, and connects with community leaders to create opportunities and support a strong local economy.
Trevor earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska and a master’s in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Colorado. He brings over ten years of experience in economic development, having led teams in Beatrice, Ord, and Ravenna, Nebraska. Trevor actively serves on boards throughout Nebraska and the Midwest, including the Heartland Economic Development board and as President of the Nebraska Economic Developers Association.
Trevor and his wife, Amy, both grew up in southwest Nebraska and have three children. Outside of work, Trevor enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family.
